Cancellations

It is our priority that we bring in the best practitioners possible to perform your treatment. This often means your therapist may travel from as far as Portland or Astoria to see you. We consider everyone's time to be of great value, so our cancellations policy is very strict. For individuals, we ask that,

if a cancellation is unavoidable, please notify us no less than 24 hours before your booking. If it is a package or large party booking, we ask that you notify us of any cancellations no less than 72 hours prior to your booking.

Any cancellation that does not meet this requirement will be charged a minimum of 50% of the services booked. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
